You should just exfloliate 3 times a week, but if you have an oily or acne prone skin, exfoliate 5 times a week to get rid of excess oil and dead skin cells. If you experience a dry or red skin after 2 weeks of treatment, it means that you have overdone it, If so, apply a moisturizer and reduce the frequency of use.
usually you exfoliate 2-3 times a week. at least that's what my stuff says to do.
