What does exfoliate the skin mean? and how do you do it?

i want to exfoliate my skin becasue it gets rid of dead skin cellls and i hear it gets rid of blackheads, and i have alot of black heads. i dont have any exfoliating products from the store or anything but i hear you can make exfoliating recipes with using salt, sugar lemon juice, etc....and if you do how do you make it? give me step by step because im a slow learner.What does exfoliate the skin mean? and how do you do it?
You can also use honey and sugar. Pour a decent size dollop of honey in a bowl and but sugar on top of it (brown or white) and mix it until it is kind of pasty but more on the wet side.if the mix is off just add more of whichever you need. You can't mess this up. Then just start rubbing in small circles all around your face. Don't go too hard. You can damage the skin if you get too rough. Spend a few minutes massaging your face then rinse off with lukewarm water. Pat it dry and then moisturize. Instantly gorgeous!What does exfoliate the skin mean? and how do you do it?
A girl I went to high school with had the most beautiful skin. All she used was the yellow box of Arm and Hammer Baking Soda.


She dumped some in her washcloth and scrubbed her face with it.


After scrubbing her face, she would use any complection soap like Camay, Oil of Olay.
