If people have a limited amount of DNA that can be synthesized, is it a good idea to exfoliate?

When you exfoliate your bringing new skin to the surface, but if you do this alot are you not forcing alot of RNA production for the code of protein synthesis ? And it is key that people only have a limited amount of DNA don't they? A limited amount of RNA that can code for these proteins that make up skin, such as L-CYSTEIN, L- CARNITINE, and all the rest ?If people have a limited amount of DNA that can be synthesized, is it a good idea to exfoliate?
Peeling off dead skin won't force your body to grow new skin any faster.
