Can you use vegetable oil and regular sugar to exfoliate your face?

I don't have any sea salt or oilve oil to use. Or should I use sugar and water?Can you use vegetable oil and regular sugar to exfoliate your face?
the oil will clog your pores and sugar dissolves easily in water. Use baking soda in water. But don't rub too hard. Just mix the water and baking soda so it makes a gritty paste.Can you use vegetable oil and regular sugar to exfoliate your face?
I have heard you can mix salt with olive oil, or even try honey and some sugar, sounds yummy too! Don't use water though, use a light oil. Good luck!
