St. Ives is pretty harsh to use every day. If you're using St. Ives I'd just stick to once a week. Neutrogena has a nice gentle scrub that can be used every day if that's what you're looking for.Exfoliate?
It depends on what part of the body you are exfoliating, if its your face I would recommended that you only use the scrub 2-3 times per week. If your doing your body then you can use the scrub more frequently.

Once a week should be plenty. Be careful not to irritate you skin by exfoliate too much it can take off too much and leave you open to infections.
It's supposed to exfoliate twice a week only.
