I just read you can get a tan (from the actual sun) more quickly after you make sure all the dead skin is gone. Is this true or does it only apply for tanning sprays and lotions?Is it true that you can get tanner faster after you exfoliate your skin?
No, you won't tan faster however exfoliating does make your tan last longer because you have removed the dead skin beforehand. Also, by exfoliating your tan will look more even and balanced, if you do use fake tan then you have to exfoliate to stop patches and streaks from forming. Hope this helps!!
