well it depends onwhat area of your body really. on your face you can just get a face scrub or a peel off mask. if you want really glowy face you should look into microdermabrasion treatments or kits.

Get a loofa, get several so you can switch them out. They exfoliate well. Victoria's secret has a great exfoliater sugar scrub that smells wonderful. You can also use a sea salt scrub. Be sure to get a good moisturizer also. When u exfoliate the vitamins in the moisturizer can penetrate into your skin better because their are no dead skin cells to block it. You will be glowing!!!!! This also helps you maintain a great tan.
