How many times a week should i Exfoliate?

I just got the Biore pore minimizing Exfoliator...i have combo skin,with occasional breakouts...how many times a week should i use it?..other than that use a daily jentle scrub from St.Ives.How many times a week should i Exfoliate?
Use only 1 kind of facial scrub . If the St.Ives scrub you mentioned is the apricot scrub,then just use that one once a week. If you want to use the Biore one then skip the St.Ives scrub. I would only suggest using twice a week if you have oily skin but since you siad you have combo skin then just use once a week cuz you don't want to over scrub the dry areas.How many times a week should i Exfoliate?
