How do you exfoliate your skin?

Can some1 take me through the process of how you exfoliate ur skin on your body? would you exfoliate dry using a loofah or do you have to wet it? wouldnt exfoliate be d same as scrubbing wid a foamy loofah dat has soap on it?How do you exfoliate your skin?
I personally like to get in the hot shower so that the steam will open up the pores, use St Ives face scrub and Neutrogena body scrub. But if you have sensitive skin try using the beads instead, its softer but just as effective. I also use a loofah for my body and hands for my face.How do you exfoliate your skin?
Rookie - you can exfoliate your skin wet or dry.





Wet or dry using a natural bristle back brush. Just dry brush your entire body before a bath/shower or use in the bath or shower





Wet using a loofah. Or get some exfoliating gloves and use on your entire body with your favorite bath soap or gel.
Now days they sell products that exfoliate your skin.Alot of ppl have recommended using St. ives apricot scrub.Im thinking about buyign it sometime
exfoliating is just any way that you use to scrub the dead skin cell off of your skin. scrubbing with a foamy/soapy wet loofah will exfoliate just fine, it's what i do

Sugar Scrub.





Mix one cup of sugar and baby oil together until it looks like a scrub.


While you are in the shower rub it all over your body but make sure not to get in hair or on face.


Rinse thoroughly.





Your skin will be super soft.
