Apply some lip balm, then add a sprinkle of granulated sugar to your lips. Rub your lips together gently. You can also use baking soda, just make a paste with a little water and rub it on your lips. Rinse off and follow with vaseline.

Mix sugar with a few drops of water and rub it on your lips gently, then rinse off, or rub a toothbrush across your lips gently when you brush your teeth then put chapstick or vaseline on them. Its so cheap and actually works.
Just regular sugar. Take a shower and then rub sugar on your lips and then rinse.

Mix equal parts brown sugar with honey. Honey for moisturizing, and brown sugar for exfoliating. Be sure not to rub hard, and put chapstick on daily.
