Any ideas on how to exfoliate nose without exfoliating creme?

I want to exfoliate the skin on my nose without exfoliating creme. All I have is benzoyl peroxide, face wash, and salcylic acid.Any ideas on how to exfoliate nose without exfoliating creme?
Almost all of these posts in response to your questions are GREAT natural solutions.

Warm your skin with hot compresses to open your pores.

Gently push out the blackheads that might be plugging your pores - KEYWORD: GENTLY.

Wash with a natural soap that will trap oils and remove them from your skin. Add 1 tablespoon baking soda to the soap while you wash your face - don't scrub hard, you're removing the dead skin cells, not the living ones.

Follow that with witch hazel on a clean cotton cloth to kill any remaining bacteria that is associated with acne.

Touch up any dry areas with a bit of natural oil, wipe off any excess after 10-15 minutes.

Stop using benzoyl peroxide, there is an incredibly increased risk of skin cancer with that stuff. Stop using the salicylic acid, it also increases your risk of skin cancer in addition to a risk of Reye's Syndrome, a lethal liver and brain disorder. Most conventional face washes contain KNOWN allergens and can lead to break-outs.Any ideas on how to exfoliate nose without exfoliating creme?
Get a ';buff puff';... they are only a couple of bucks. Also, you can just use a washcloth... its not as effective but its gentle.
dirt and water= mud
Wow, I luv nemily's ans! so true
try witch hazel astringent
warm wash cloth with out any product on it. Sugar also makes a good exfoliant.
go to the kitchen, get some cold milk and mix with oatmeal and a Little honey, put that sticky stuff on your face and leavit for like 7 minutes, never fails I use it myself!
Do you have any strawberries around? Mush them up and exfoliate with the pulp. Strawberries are great for the skin. You could also grind up some almonds and make a paste with water and use that.
try using porridge oats!
soap and water works for me.
yes
a little rough salt would do it.
I use those pore strips, and it's the only thing I use because I break out with products. They work fantastically. But if you have zits, then you're not supposed to use them. Otherwise, I would suggest sea salt or 2 - 3 teaspoons raw oats and crush into smaller bits, then mixing them with pure honey and 1/4 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar.
