Without having to rub scrub all over. I'm pregnant so its getting hard to reach everywhere. I want to use a self tan since I cant use a tanning booth but they say its best to exfoliate before using a self tanner.What is the best way to exfoliate my entire body?

use a loofah with a shower gel that has small beads or exfoliating beads in it.





theres different types but use a gentle one.


It comes with the herbal esscence bottles. Im not sure if they still have it like that.
