Sugar or sea salt. You can mix for olive oil for a great body exfoliation but don't use the salt or oil on your face, use the sugar and some honey. What is a cheap and effective way to exfoliate your skin at home?
salt and olive oil is also a great exfoliator. A cheaper oil will be ok? and salt is effective and cheap, but moisturise well afterwards!

Sugar mixed with olive oil works just as well as any scrub that you can buy.
you can use sugar or sea salt. either one is coarse, and scrubs well (most exfoliants contain sugar or sea salt). mix with a little olive oil (but you don't want it too oily) and warm water. sugar or salt will dissolve if the water is too hot. scrub with it and then rinse. works pretty well and its things you have around the house.
Green tea. Make a cup of green tea, open the tea bag and gently rub your face with it. It will exfoliate without drying your skin. You can leave it on for a couple of minutes, until it dries and wash it with warm water. Don't forget to drink the tea you just made - it will help you get rid of the toxins in your body. Enjoy :)
