How do you exfoliate your legs? I heard oatmeal and water is good. But how do i put it on and all that stuff?

Do you spread it all over your legs and then let it sit? If you do how long should you let it sit. I have the oatmeal cooking right now so i need anwsers please.How do you exfoliate your legs? I heard oatmeal and water is good. But how do i put it on and all that stuff?
Don't cook the oatmeal! Use non instant whole grain oatmeal and grind it on a coffee grinder or blender to a fine consistency . Then blend it with water and massage it onto your legs(you can also use it allover your body including your face) let it dry, then take a shower!How do you exfoliate your legs? I exfoliate with baking soda. Put some in your hand and rub it on wet legs, face, arms, whatever. Its a great exfoliater. Just make sure not to get any in your eyes.

No, you have to rub it around with a wash cloth...it is like sanding your legs with sandpaper, but the sandpaper is the oatmeal. This is NOT cooked oatmeal..but raw! Why don't you just go to the drug store and buy Apricot scrub, it is cheap, easy to use, and does the same thing...it is for body scrubs..gets rid of built up dead skin. Good luck
ok for the oatmeal, let it cook along with water, add lemon if you have it, and also add anything a little rough, if you have bath salts or powder detergent. make sure its not too hot. rub it onto ur legs for a few minutes then let it sit for half an hour or until its stiff, whichever is longer. then wash it off but dont use soap, it might irritate you. good luck.

Use Sugar and real lemon juice! It works awesome for the hands, arms, and feet.

mix equal parts oil (cooking oil will do) and salt. Rub onto legs, rinse off.





Easy peasy, and cheap too :)
